A hyperlink allows you to move from one page to another. Conversely, an anchor link allows you to move from one part of a page to another. Two steps are required to create an anchor link: (1) setting the anchor, placed in the location to which you want users to be able to return, and (2) setting the link to the anchor, placed in the location from which you want users to be able to leave. An anchor commonly used for longer pages is a link that lets a user return to the top of the page. Anchor links are useful for glossaries, FAQ pages, pages with many sections or chapters, and so on. Note that anchors are invisible when the page is not in edit mode and that the link will appear as clickable text.
